Craig Winters is our fabulous launch coach! He has the skills to help new agents get their business off the ground. He work with the agents to teach them the ins and outs of real estate, and guides them through the first three transactions. Craig works with each agent individually to create custom goals and he holds every agent accountable to their goals.
