With 13 years of Real Estate Development, Business Ownership, Management, and Construction under his belt, Geris Hernandez is in a league of his own. Prior to obtaining his Real Estate License, Geris worked on Development Projects and House Flips, sourcing “like-kind” properties for clients with multimillion-dollar 1031 Exchange Projects across the United States and assisting clients source their Hampton’s Estate or Caribbean home. Throughout his Real Estate career, Geris has seen $385 million plus worth of transactions.
Geris’ Real Estate career flourished after years of personal and professional growth. At an early age, he found and developed partners so they could renovate homes to sell for a profit. In flipping houses, Geris’ projects always yielded lucrative returns for his investors, leading to long term business relationships. Through honesty, integrity, fortitude, and trust, these relationships transitioned with him as he began his Real Estate Development career.
Between building his business relationships and majoring in business administration, he found himself strategic partners to start several different companies. In the food industry, he owned and operated a high-volume restaurant before selling to investors in a 6x multiple transaction. In the advertisement industry, he established and subsequently sold a successful marketing agency, acquiring Madison Avenue accounts such as Gold Bond and more, all by the age of 21. In the online retail industry, he built and operated a “rugged gear” drop shipping website, eventually selling his website to investors in Silicon Valley. His ability to capitalize in niche markets has proven time and again that he can deliver what is necessary to optimize, grow and protect a business.
Geris’ emergence in Real Estate Sales is fueled by natural progression. By taking his experiences and expertise he has accumulated throughout his career, he helps his clients procure the best possible transaction and outcome based on their wants and needs.
Geris Hernandez was born and raised in Port Washington, NY. He married his high school sweetheart and together they have 1 son. He and his family love spontaneous trips to Manhattan and the Hamptons. Not one to shy away from party or social gathering, Geris loves to connect with others to talk about cars, cigars, whiskey, bourbon, and wine. But his true love in life is spending time with his family.
